We guys had gone for a team building exercise from NIIT Tech Ltd to Jim Corbett national park, incidentally the same day was my birthday i.e 1 April. Though it was a short stay of two days but we enjoyed every bit of it.We stayed at Manu Maharani resort- the prices were exorbitant but not a cause of concern for us as it was company sponsored :)

We went for two safari's one at night and one during morning. Everyone was hoping to catch a glimpse of the tiger but alas the tiger remained elusive at least for us. There were three jeeps,one of them did manage to catch a glimpse so for them it was total paysa vasoool ;)

The night safari was very spooky as when you move in the jeep you are supposed to sit quiet without making any noise. Except for the area illuminated by headlights every thing was pitch dark. The very thought there might be a tiger roaming freely was very scary,also the night safari is not allowed in the main park as it remains closed.

The morning safari was rather boring as we spotted everything except for the tiger. We had to stay happy with the pug marks and scratch marks on trees :) anyways here are the few living things i managed to capture

Whenever i managed to focus on her she would just fly away. anyways after much efforts she finally decided to cooperate
